
Plenary Speakers
Each year the conference offers four plenary events: one Thursday evening, one Friday afternoon, and two on Saturday morning, with one of those Saturday plenaries having a K-12 focus.





THURSDAY PLENARY: Planned and Interactional Scaffolding across Instructional Levels

In bridging the past with the future, a panel of five past presidents of CATESOL will give the audience an opportunity to connect with the wisdom of the panel in an open, interactive forum.

Reyna Grande, inspirational speaker and award-winning author of The Distance Between Us, about her life before and after illegally immigrating from Mexico to the United States.
