Thursday, December 6 -- Exhibit Set-up, 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Friday, December 7 -- Exhibit Hours, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, December 8 -- Exhibit Hours, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Break down and move out of the exhibits hall will begin at 5:15 pm on Saturday. Please keep your exhibit open until closing time.

What is the cost?
Booth Rental: $675 each includes two badges with additional badges available at $100 each

Exhibitors, when reserving a booth, please note that the maximum number of booth workers is 3 people per booth. Each person must be a representative of the company reserving the booth. No additional people can be added to the booth.

Additional booths can be purchased with a maximum of 3 people per booth. As stated above, these people must also be representatives of the company reserving the booth(s).

Deadline?
November 1, 2018. Inclusion in the program book cannot be guaranteed after this deadline.

Can I get a refund?
Only 50% of the booth price will be refunded after September 28, 2018. No refunds will be given after November 1, 2018. Refund requests must be submitted by email to annualcatesolexhibits@gmail.com.

Space assignments will be made after November 1, 2018. Placement of booth(s) will be assigned in the order that requests and payments are received.
Proposals:
Booth purchases entitle exhibitors to free non-adjudicated conference presentations; the number of presentations allocated is determined by the following:
1 - 2 booths = 1 presentation
3 - 4 booths = 2 presentations
5 - 6 = 3 presentations
7+ = 4 presentations (max amount).
